I was nervous AFTER I made my purchase after I went through individual reviews, so I wanted to share my experience. Product I received was exactly as described. I was not shocked by the size, because in the pictures of the product if you scroll through, they give you exact dimensions, so that was not an issue. My jar arrived very quickly, and very well packaged. It was wrapped in paper and taped, then wrapped in brown packaging paper. This was then placed into a USPS box, and that box was placed into an Amazon box and shipped. So, packaging was not a problem. I washed the pot in Luke warm water very carefully, and dried it. There was no breakage, and the film on the rim of the pot was washed away, so when you wipe your fingers a crossed it, I have no residue with mine. The dipper was exactly as pictured. I ordered an Olive Wood one, just because I liked it with the jar better than what came with it. So, in the photos, my dipper is different.Although, some customers may have had an issue, mine came exactly as described and I had no problems with it what so ever. It’s a beautifully handcrafted pot. I Love it and plan on ordering a couple more to give as gifts. Thank-You!
